Episode 1: Kate Hiscox, Fashion Writer, Blogger & Music PR

Otherwise known as popular fashion account @wearsmymoney, Kate's award winning blog is the Sunday go to for anyone who is wondering how to put an outfit together.

With a background in fashion journalism and the music industry, Kate started writing her award winning extremely popular blog, Wears My Money, back in 2016 and now works full time writing and creating fashion content. She still dabbles in music PR for a few artists you may well have heard of.

Here, we chat about how she got into working on social media after 27 years in the music business (working with stars such as Michael Buble and Coldplay), how she feels about the decisions she made and if she has any regrets. Plus her favourite things and memories are that she’d save from her house if the tumble dryer set on fire. Spoiler: think Gucci, Elemis and frozen sourdough to start with.

Thanks so much to Kate for the time she took to talk to me! You can find out more about Kate and take full advantage of her excellent fashion advice on her Instagram account, Wears My Money and on her website, here.
